Unwanted perhaps, but as their customer, it's not a violation.

It's illegal if you ask them to stop.

...But they still get to call you once!

And asking them to stop works.....UNTIL.....they put a different marketing
VP in the job. Then he starts from scratch, not wanting to abide by the
environment created by his predecessor.

NOW, if I could only get Arhnold to quit leaving recorded messages on my
answering machine.....
