Default Should CB radio operators prod truckers to strike?

Weren't fuel prices so low for so long because of trucker strikes?
Should truckers develop a "stealth strike" by taking 30 minutes to
fuel up, delaying loads?

Do you have any idea how much time it takes to pump 100 gallons of
fuel? Between the act of getting fuel, and waiting in line for fuel,
30 minutes is very often a pretty fast fuel stop. There's a reason
truck stops have massive parking lots after the fuel islands: Getting
fuel is the last thing any trucker wants to do. They get fuel then
stop for the night.
