Malibu Ron,

One option would be to buy a low cost BlueTooth Transmitter
like the "Jabra A210 BlueTooth Transmitter" or Jabra A120s
Bluetooth Music Adaptor and use it with any BlueTooth EarBud
or BlueTooth EarPhones of your choice.

FWIW - Most High Quality Single-Ear EarBuds are {can be}
very Expensive -example- Sennheiser "Wireless" Earbuds

WHAT ABOUT ? - The Over-Night EarBud OUCH !
Having an EarBud in your Ear all-night-long
might turn into a pain-in-the-rear - ouch !

Here is an 'alternative' to EarBud and Earphones that does
not require placing anything on or in your body {head}.
