The Kenwood R-5000 is a Very Good Radio / Receiver IMHO.

- I wanted to ask if anyone has an R-5000 and how they like
- it (both pros and cons).

I like mine works well + Sounds Good - Runs a little Hot.

- I was also thinking of either an Icom IC-R71 or Drake R8B
- as well.

-IF- You can Find and Afford the Drake R8B at Two to Three
Times (2X$$~3X$$$) the Price =IMHO= Buy-It ;-}

- Any thoughts and advice would be greatly appreciated.
