NASA Shuttle Training Acft (STA) "NASA 947" is up making approaches
to the Shuttle Landing Facility (SLF) Runways to simulate landing of
the Shuttle STS-123 Mission scheduled for later this evening.
NASA 947 is reporting visibility conditions and weather to "Weather
CAPCOM" on 126.65.
Another freq that is busy with landing-related comms is 46.65, the
Eastern Test Range (ETR) Range Safety Officer (RSO) freq.

Thanks Alan; Heard the sonic booms clearly here in Oviedo from the
delayed landing. I thought I heard a sonic boom last night. I wonder if
the STA's were going supersonic during their trials?
