The Issue here is a Chinese SPAMmer using the Acronym
"BBC" in the Subject-Line and in the Body of the Text many
times to try and get Shortwave Radio Listeners to open-up
and Read His SPAM. *Some people have there eMail and
News-Readers set-up to 'accept' Messages with "BBC" and
other Radio Station Acronyms to help Filter-Out the SPAM.
This SPAMmer was trying to use a Trade-Marked Acronym
out-of-context to promote his SPAM.

"4 t" - Plus this SPAMmer Cross-Posted his SPAM to
four more Newsgroups : rec.gambling.poker, alt.home.repair,
rec.photo.digital, misc.health.alternative; besides the
rec.radio.shortwave Newsgroup.
