Default PING! for dxAce re "memorable" QSL's

I wrote them two detailed letters, none of which elicited a response,
so I wrote a third very detailed one. 1989 was the height of the
apartheid era and we were the polecats of the world, so I suspected
that had something to do with the non replies. So in my third long
letter I wrote that I was an Englisman and treated like crap by the
ruling Afrikaners as far as business, schooling and government was
concerned.

That instantly reminded me of Tom Sharpe's Riotous Assembly and Indecent
Exposure. Both based on the South African police force. Sharpe was
thrown out of South Africa for being an irritant and wrote the books in
England.

Hilarious reading and well recommended.
