For the record, let's be clear that this is a *Mexican* thing, and
*not* a raw milk thing. There's an organic dairy in California whose
raw milk is sold in health food stores and the like, and they have
never had any problems with contaminated milk (they actually keep
their operations cleaner than the places that do pasteurize their
milk). Some of the finest cheeses in Europe are made from raw,
unpasteurized milk.
