Default CD4046 and or 74HC4048

Anybody have a MathCAD, Excel, Scilab or Octave worksheet for designing with
the CD4046 or 74HC4046 PLL chips? I'm looking for something that allows one to
input desired VCO frequency, offset or center frequency and loop frequency
with bandwidth. The worksheet should generate the required component values. I
can do this by hand but I have a lot of test cases I want to investigate so
doing the calculations by hand is a bit time consuming. I don't want to spend
a week doing a worksheet up from scratch if somebody has one they are willing
to share.
