Actually, the true Liberals are not the Democrats. But the true liberal
in the truest sense of the word is a libertarian. Libertarians promote
personal freedom for everyone. Not only personal freedoms but also
economic freedom.
Right Libertarians are nutjobs. They have no concept of the commons and
do not realize that corporations must be regulated for their own good
and for the good of the host body. The truly rich are amoral and as
such must be slapped around from time to time to keep the fer in 'em.
Good excuse to get some money to fix some bridges, if nothing else.
