improving over the listening interval

Receiving antenna is 90 foot delta loop to ladder line to tuner and
receiver.

Location is central California

Hearing RA is not particularly notable from here. However, not too
many "real" (non-US / non religious jibber-jabber) shortwave stations
are propagating in this high in frequency with these near-minimum
solar flux conditions.
