Fish Sauce.When I was in Vietnam I saw how they get their fish
sauce.They tack a fish to a board with a groove or a narrow grooved
stick that is fastened to the bottom of the board.They slit the fish's
belly with a knife and they have a bottle suspended from the board with
a wire.The fish ''sauce'' drains down into the bottle.
