Default IBiquity - Where's the "HD" in "HD" radio?

If you live near a major city (and 85% of America lives within the top 15
markets) you have plenty of HD choices.

No, 50% of Americans live in a top 50 market.

I have an Arbitron graph chart in my office that says it's 85/15.
