Dave is right - you need to grow a pair! Dirty bombs are not considered
to be weapons of mass destruction - your own USED made that conclusion.
To get that much material, let alone to to expose people to it for any
length of time to do any real damage would be unrealistic. You want to
get some serious casualties? Use a persistent nerve agent instead. They
aren't that difficult to synthesize and at a LD of around a few
milligrams they are very effective.
