Default WTD Airplane Dial Escutcheon
Working on the mystery TRF radio by Travelers (I think) and I need a round
metal airplane dial escutcheon. the design is not important and size can be
somewhat +/- since I have to make a cabinet for this

The inside of the dial must be 2.25 inches in diameter and the outside
should be about 2.75 inches in diameter.
