I'm looking for information on the CMS
"suitcase" radio.

militaryradio.com had a few tidbits on
it, but I'll be looking for
info on its use, possible manuals, etc.

I'm helping a friend who has had it
sleeping in his basement since
1965, and wants to get it ready for sale...


Tubes, coils, camouflaged key (black
plastic cover to shield the
sparks) and cables, 2 unused coils of
antenna wire & insulators. Even
a light-bulb on a coil for tuning! All
are there, and it seems to be
in good condition for its age.

Only things missing are the separate
hand generator and a handle for
the suitcase.

I'll be photographing it and helping to
spruce it up for my friend.
