Just a suggestion, have your speedstream 5200 forward ALL of it's ports
to your Belkin. There might be a 'DMZ' setting in the Speedstream
configuration. I use the same model Belkin router along with another
router that splits off my digital phone system ports from all the rest.
The DMZ setting works for me.
