I don't actually do much DXing on the RP2100 - it was bought mainly to
listen to the Cape Town Talk Radio station that can't be heard on the
other portables. It goes on DXpeditions as my dear wife of 46 years
accompanies me and she want's a radio of her own to listen to the far
off FM stations.

It's a great portable - I have had it over two years now and it
continues to give sterling performance in daily use.
