Hey, who you calling Sparky you bozo. That is a BS press release. Now
you want to say something then go to the Philips semiconductor web site
and find a link to one of these chips. Post a link here to a data sheet
to one of those parts like I asked or go smoke some more weed.

Oh that's just fine and dandy. A link to the NXP web site with the same
press release of 8/13/08 just like the press releases of 2, 3, and 4 or
more years ago. This means nothing at all. What this is, is a proposal
that may or may not actually happen just like all the other press
releases of the past on this and other semiconductor web sites.

On other pages of this and other semiconductor web sites you can
request samples or it is past the development process production
quantities of parts that really exist.

Now here is an important point. There has to be a data sheet that
describes the specifications for the part. This is what you actually
buy, whether it is a part, a module or piece of test gear you actually
buy the item to its data sheet. No data sheet means no device, which
means you can't buy it or sample it.

So the status of theses parts has not changed at all. They continue to
be vaporware. All that happened here was that someone woke up to the
fact that the years ago press release was never acted on for whatever
business reason so the sale department put out another one to see if
radio manufactures would bite on it this time around.

Get the picture? Probably not. You and Billy boy are the most clueless
people I've ever encountered.

Thanks for playing anyway.
