Gosh. The Axis was already on the march in 1940. FDR was no soothsayer.

War is obsolete. If it practised at all it should be by aq neutral
authority with power to stop any aggressor, including the USA, including
Russia, including the East Timorese. The USA is not superior to the
rest of the world. We have no exceptional moral authority. Especially
since the illegal and immoral invasion of Iraq.
