FCC is going to continue to support IBOC. And other government
entities are subject to lobbying by entities heavily invested in HD
technology.

The FCC can change it's mind. Spectrum is precious and digital wastes
spectrum.


Sure FCC can change it's mind about IBOC. Bill Clinton can be
monogamous, too.

The question is: Will either happen?
