The lumped element equivalent of the transmission line itself is a
repetitive pattern of inductors and capacitors. If all inductors are
chokes, then the transmission line itself is composed of chokes.
In a "linear-lumped-sum", such as a transmission line containing
capacitance AND inductance in a liner fashion (i.e., per in, per ft, etc.)
In a single lumped sums, it would be in as much error to display them as
such, as the error(s) in your terminology ...
