I do not share your assumption that noise is randomly polarized.
The majority of noise I encounter is man-made and vertically
polarized. There is a great deal of horizontally polarized noise as
well. Natural noise may be randomly polarized, but that's the
minority in my experience.
Dave I think something's still not clear here.
It makes sense to me.
