I'm way more concerned about the 4th Amendment. *The 2nd is pretty safe
for now. *How does one exercise privacy?



Well, now that IS a good question. But do you think the 4th is the
best to protect that?? The 5th seems pretty important in that manner
as well. Eminent Domain appears to be a thing of the past. As does
the right to protect oneself from slander.
