Default VOA is no more than a 'black propaganda' brodcasting agency...

VOA is no more than a 'black propaganda' broadcasting agency...

The US government is now so deeply in debt that it will probably have to
cease VOA / IBB / BBG broadcasting operations sometime in the near future.

The total US debt is ~200 Trillion, or about 700k USD per person.

The US economy is based on paper promises for flows of money that may or may
not exist. Without foreign investors buying US federal and state bonds ...
most governmental functions would collapse, and that is just one example.

The only good a total collapse of the US economy will do will be to make the
economy become based on the production of actual goods -- not chasing after
imaginary money flows.

As a non-US listener to radio-voice-of-america, I was
interested, in the 'top journalists discussion' [called
issues in the news], how they only discussed:
- the crash,
- the panic,
- how/why measures to stop the panic are failing.

No one mentioned the good reasons FOR the panic.

Pain is an evolved defence mechanism which warns
of an underlying cause. Similarly there are good
reasons for 'the panic', and the longer the opinion
leaders avoid exposing the mistakes which are partly
unravelling now, the greater the long term damage.

Just one little example of the type of behaviour
which has recently, apparently become common and
NEEDS to be punished by pain, for learning, is the
reported case of a dolly, who despite, or perhaps
because, she works in the bank, was able to keep
extending her credit until her monthly repayments
exceeded her total net income.

The apparently common recent, policy of
granting 100% mortgage on house purchases,
is absurd and was unheard of pre 70's.
