Default TRW Transistors

I have an old Hallicrafters Transceiver that uses TRW PT5651 RF
transistors as the Driver and P/P finals. It is a 10 watt 2-18 mhz
transceiver used in the early to mid 60's. The finals are shot and I
am looking for replacements. I can not find data sheets, specs, are
any information on these anywhere. Its like they didn't exist. I am
looking for any type of replacement. I can't even tell if they are Pnp
or NPN. They are single stud mount, with 4 solder tabs. The curcuit
is broadband, and the B+ is 12-14 volts.

Thanks for any help.

You need to find out whether these are pnp or npns.
I have used 2N6083's to replace npn hf outputs before. They worked fine.
I think they are only capable of 30 watts output. They work fine with 12
volts. They only cost about 4 bucks a pieces at
