I believe that I used to have one of those. It had a 6kHz mechanical filter,
a roller inductor matching network, and it was AM and CW mode. I ended up
selling it at a hamfest several years back for 40 dollars. A nice piece.

I have an old Hallicrafters Transceiver that uses TRW PT5651 RF
transistors as the Driver and P/P finals. I can not find data
sheets, specs, or any information on these anywhere. Its like they
didn't exist. I am
looking for any type of replacement. I can't even tell if they are
Pnp
or NPN. They are single stud mount, with 4 solder tabs. The curcuit
is broadband, and the B+ is 12-14 volts.
Thanks for any help.

Does the transceiver have a model number?
No marking of any kind on the unit. But I believe to be a
Hallicrafters TR-9.
