Looking at the sailing schedules of the RMS St. Helena, the QSL's are
not going to be received or replied to anytime very fast. See:

Not everyone of the voyages goes to Ascenscion Isl. for the mail to be
uplifted via the RAF, so it may pay to send it twice, one via Cape
Town and one via Ascencion Isl. for the best and fastest outcome.
