I'm in Kentucky and I'm not hearing WBCQ at anytime of the day.
Propagation, the station, new freqency? Any clues appreciated.

Maybe they ran out of wind.

I can't check on that right now as their schedule indicates that the end
of their broadcast day today was 4:00UTC. They are back on 14:00 UTC
tomorrow.

They have some nice propagation charts on their web site so you can find
the best time to listen.

And check their programming schedule to find out when they are actually
on the air.

I looked for them several times today and only heard them on 7415
playing rock music. I noted a WBCQ ID at about 22:35 UTC.

I didn't listen early enough to hear them on the other frequencies. They
are currently very weak on 7415 at 50KW their signal should be much
better than this. For example WWCR at 100KW has local sounding S9 signal
and for WBCQ I had to use the headphones and listen very carefully to
hear their ID through the static.
