It was this morning. 1610 is Travelers' Information Services. There are
no regular stations authorized on that channel. I asked Roy if he could
pick it up as he is near Oakhurst, but the guy is so drugged-up that never
came to pass.

My best TIS DX. I'm parked by the ET Highway with a Wellbrook loop. I
find a TIS and wonder where in this hell hole would they have a TIS.
Then it turns out to be coming from LAX.
