Again, you do your research reading reviews/specs, and buy from
whoever gives you best overall deal (price/shipping/warranty/return
etc.). I'm not going to pay more to some retailer just because
"they care".

I have to pay them to care? If they truly cared they would have the
lowest prices, in order to sell more radios.
Sorry, I don't pay more than I have to for any reason, least of all
because "they care".
Maybe the U.S. auto companies should use that defense. "We make crappy
products and charge more for them but hey, WE CARE"!
