month the Military Affiliate Radio System (MARS) announced plans to
restore CW nets and operations, so be looking for more activity on
utility frequencies and just above and below the ham bands. Also
3500-3600 khz is packed every evening with activity.

Very handy skill in a post-apocalyptic scenario.
