Brenda ignore the above imposter and just make a fair and reasonable
offer. The Golden rule says "Do unto others as you wise to be done
by." So make an offer that you feel would be fair to you if you were
selling one in very good condition.

The one assurance you have when you buy from me is that I use the
local police department as a reference. They aren't necessarily bosom
buddies, but several of them have known me for many years, and know
that I'm a reputable business man, and that I have nothing on file
worse than a couple of speeding citations, and about a half dozen
parking tickets over the eons.

Very few people online are willing to do that. :-)
