If you've got a spare VCR and something that outputs video like a DVD
player or a DTV converter box, you can get up to 6 hours of audio.
Feed the video into the baseband video input to provide sync and the
radio into the audio input. Set the VCR timer as appropriate.

(I actually use a video modulator because switching between baseband
video/audio and RF is such a pain in the ass with my VCR).

Remember to defeat any shutoff timers in the DVD player/DTV converter.
