Default Midnight In Moscow - Happy New Year!
Monitoring Voice of Russia, 7330, with run-up to the New Year in Moscow at 2100.
Played a lot of Big Band/Jazz tunes prior, then interval signal at 2059, "This
is Moscow" at 2100 but no Kremlin chimes :-(
