the time of birth.

Rather, he may be referring to the "incredible collaboration" that would
be required to keep it covered up *TODAY*.

That's the neat thing about "intentionally" introducing an error or
falsity into the database or history of an event as it does not need any
more support to propagate its existence. Conversely it takes effort to
find the error and correct it so you got it backward. Think about it.
