(which infers to me that it was not the parents, but the state/county Health
Bureau that sent the information to the paper.

Everywhere I've lived, the hospital sends the info to the paper every
couple of days, and then the paper publishes it, along with traffic
accidents, coroner reports, and a few other things.

I've seen my own, and several friends announcements on microfiche at the
library. The Obama "fake" BC story only has any validity in the demented
minds of the kooktardish.

Don't let yourself become one of those clowns.
