VOA, via Saipan, Marianas Islands on 9705 at 1405 UTC in Cantonese,
sio-454. M w/ news, mentioning gas problems between Russia and
Ukraine. Gave out clear VOA URL at end of news. Surprisingly strong
signal, but audio a little scratchy and distorted. (Eton E1 & Sony
ICF-6800W O, Bryant - KY, Jan. 4)
