Inside Radio today reported 20 staff positions have been cut.
The Maryland jobs-development loan specified iBiquity's 2008 payroll
as having 38 positions.

Looks like the IBOC pioneers just laid off FIFTY-TWO percent of their
existing workforce.

You are such a liar. iBiquity has over 130 employees, and they laid off 20.
That is about 15%, not 52%. You read what they say very well..on paper it looks good..

The 38 you idiotically refer to are the ones covered by the loan, not the
full staff.

Kool-Aid boy you know everything. So tell us how many radio's did Stru-
bull sell in 08?

The alliance said they'd sell their one millionth radio.. Didn't
happen..
Then said the same thing in 07... didn't happen..
Then said the same thing in 06 didn't happen....
You see the tend... it just doesn't happen...

At last count the number was 500,000 not including units returned..
I'm guessing its gotta be 300,000 to 400,000- Hide quoted text -

With all of the returns of these "deaf" radios, that number is
probably 100,000 - 200,000 in the hands of the general public, not
counting those in the radio industry and radio geeks:

"HD Radio spinners claim a breakthrough year: Pulling a fast one"

"According to a press release from the Alliance 330,000 HD receivers
were sold last year. This is a 725 per cent increase from the 40,000
sets purchased a year earlier and therefore 2007 was a 'breakthrough
year' for the technology. In 2008 they will sell a million of the
things."
