Correct. It has a CEO, Chief Executive Officer because America is not
a country, it is a corporation. And corporations can appoint whomever
they please as their CEO.

That is why all arguments about Obama being foreign born and
constitutionally disqualified from becoming "President" were a
complete waste of time and energy. The constitution exists only in the
minds of the American public - the rulers know it is completely
irrelevant and has been since the USA became incorporated. Sure they
will invoke it when it is in their interest to do so but only then.

Presidential elections are a charade, a spectacle performed to
"legitimize" a totally illegitimate process. The only role Americans
have is paying the bills of the corporation.
