I would respectfully submit that it was *WIDELY* publicized that the
cards are good for 90 days FROM THE DATE THE GOVERNMENT SENDS THEM. Just
because you "assumed" doesn't make it so, nor is it a reason to blame
others for -your- mistake. * :-(
