No, this is what happens when THIN SKINNED so called intelligent people
give up the fight and allow the trolls to win.

People like me, Blinky the Shark, John Weeks, and many others have been
trying to tell these so called intelligent users how to beat the trolls for
many years. They always ignore us, then go off to some Yahoo Group crying
their eyes out. They then run into some kind of Hitler styled moderator
there, and soon are simply gone.

You can't be thin skinned and survive on Usenet. They ignore advice on how
to killfile the trolls, how to ignore them so they will go away. They
insist on getting into flame wars with them, and then you see another one
of these weak ass pathetic posts... "I'm leaving...."

I read several groups where the trolls do not win, and that is because
there is a dedicated core group that refuses to lose, takes the advice on
how to deal with trolls, and has a thick enough skin to survive.

As far as "all the intelligent posters went running off to somewhere
else..." well, they were not intelligent enough to listen to some simple
advice. I know it's been posted here for years, because I myself posted it
here years ago. They allowed the trolls to win.
