From what I read, I think this gentleman is speaking about the transition
to digital OTA in the UK.

And also, if I recall correctly, there is no free TV in the UK. The
goverment charges a TV tax for each individual set.

But, if your (not you specifically) in the US, and still don't understand
the switch-over, or unaware of it, then you've (not you) been living
under a rock for the past two years.

When 'they' were talking about pushing back the switch-over until June, I
couldn't believe it. After 2 years of bombarding the TV viewing public
with banner adds running on top of TV shows, commercial after commercial
talking about this, the FCC web site about it, and generally having this
info constantly shoved down your throat day after day, after day, after
day, for that entire two years, if you (not you) don't know about it, or
not ready for it....WTF !?
