I've seen one that was an obviously altered copy on the obomination for
president web site at one time. This copy did not have an embossed
stamp, seal, or date of certification as an official record but none
seems to care about it. Anyone that has dealt with official records such
as birth certificates knows what this type of stamp looks like. I've had
to get my own certificate from a register back east where I was born for
job application and licenses.

How the **** do you expect to "see" an embossment on a photo? You must
use tactile means (i.e. your fingers) to check for the stamp.

Don't swear at me Dave. What makes you think the embossing won't show in
a photograph. Get real.

If the lighting is on-axis with the lens you cannot see any shadows.
Shadows are required to see indentations in the paper.

I ****ing apologize for being profane. Think "The Wolf".
