The who and why are NOT sketchy. Chris Dodd did it. As for why? I would
imagine that $103,000 in campaign dough he got from AIG had something to do
with it.

But now of course, he claims he's giving it back, lol!


Unless you can provide why your imaginings should be accepted as fact
then I'll retain my use of the word "sketchy".
