You should know that Pete Millett has the HB-3 up on the
web as well, at
http://www.pmillett.com/hb-3_tube_manual.htm right now.
He has it divided
into individual files for each datasheet, which is a pain
if you want to
print them all out but kind of handy if you only want to
look one up.

note that the HB-3 is a loose-leaf binder handbook, which
RCA sent regular
updates and additions to. Not everybody subscribed to the
updates and not
everyone that subscribed to them used them, so you will
occasionally find
differences between two HB-3 books. Consequently, it's a
really good thing
to have several versious available online.

Pete has a lot of good stuff on his site and doesn't
make you wait or pay for multi-part files. He states that
his version of the HB-3 is not yet complete but I haven't
counted pages, it may be just as complete as the other one
which is a genuine PITA to download.
