The lead content in ink would be very low, and only could poison you if
you ATE the book. *Any child who would read one of the Morgan books
would be old enough to no longer be chewing on books.
Of course such books shouldn't be thrown in landfill (and burning them
would be bad too as it would release the lead to the atmosphere!).
Its probably more likely they would eat it instead of reading it.
