I believe Obama was clearly born in Hawaii. The re-prints of his local
birth announcement in a Honolulu newspaper are pretty persuasive,
unless you think a conspiracy involving time travel took place to
plant evidence. There is a very legalistic explanation of why he
might be considered a British-Kenyan citizen due to that being his
father's citizenship status and his mother being underage (a legal
provision which no longer exists) thus being too young to convey
automatic US citizenship to her child. Sounds like a stretch, but
there might be a case in that context.

But even if it's true, there's no mechanism to apply it to removing
Obama from the Presidency, particularly after the election. A Congress
controlled by his own party won't do it. The Supreme Court has no
desire to get involved after the heat they felt for 2000. Most
Republican legislators wouldn't even support such an attempt due to
the public outcry at trying to remove a popular minority President.

He won the election. The Republicans are smart enough to realize that
they'd be much better off focusing on 2012 instead of jousting with
unenforceable legalism. At least, they'd better be.

Great every thing is fine on your end. I'm not a lawyer, but,
i can see nothing in the Constitution that would really cover this.
most of it is sour grapes. some people just can't get with the
idea of a black American in the white house. i meet the man 3
different times during the election. i found him vary intellectual,
and on top of things. this was so important for an independent like
myself. i couldn't take the other side, the old man screwed over
the vets just too many times. and that Caribou Barbie was too
much of a phony for me. i don't expect to like everything the new
prez does, but i will give him a chance before i jump. unlike
the old man, he puts the country before his party. so, i'm
holding my breath; anyone could do better than the last clown
we had. i believe most people don't have an understanding of
what it takes to be prez. it really is on-the-job-training.
so, lets hope for the best.
