The old Diary System 'weighted' certain Demos
to 'favor' Minority Listeners and Radio Stations.
-aka- Affirmative Action
Untrue. The Diary system continues in 250 markets, and attempts to achieve
via recruitment and weighting up or down total proportionality with the
market population and all subsets.
The new People Meters simply track what People
in-fact Listen-To whether they are : White, Black,
Brown, Yellow, Red, Male, Female, LGBTG,
Hispanic, etc . . .

The meter based results are also weighted up or down to achieve
proportionality.
Then why the Law Suits ?
I 'guess' that the two sets of the phony numbers
did not phony-up enough . . .
Phony numbers = 'Eduardo'
Aw heck, anything phony = 'Eduardo'.
