IIRC - the former "Radio Pyongyang" has been
identifying itself as "Voice of Korea" since about
2002; and broadcasts in many Languages
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voice_of_Korea

The domestic and regional Topical Band Radio
Broadcasts may still be using the KCBS "Radio
Pyongyang" ID with broadcasts mostly in Korean.
2350, 2850, 3220, 3250, 3350, 3560 kHz ...
